This is designed for a project contest hosted by KPMG, Inc., using Natural Language Processing (NLP) to design a business support chatbot.




The project was designed to facilitate user-centric information systems, aiming to streamline information retrieval for users, particularly new employees in need of support, and to accelerate their onboarding process(this is the reason why our project name is "boarding pass".) within the organization. Our team aspired to develop an AI chatbot to create an accessible information system. Given our goal to develop a prototype, we collaborated with computer engineering students, and I assumed the role of project manager to organize diverse perspective into our project. The project successfully reached the final round, and we were able to realize the implementation of the prototype.
